 Does aden + anais offer a gift wrap service?
Yes. The charge is $4.95 per order. If an order is made up of multiple items, for example,
one set of girl's wraps, one set of boy's wraps and one towel & washcloth set, the $4.95 will be charged for the complete order.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, as long as the item has yet to be shipped, which normally happens 12-24 hours after you’ve placed your order. For any questions you can contact us at info@adenandanais.com or call 1.718.801.8432. Be sure to have your order/confirmation number available.
How many items can be placed on the shopping cart?
There are no limits to the amount of items you wish to purchase.
At what point is my credit card charged?
Your credit card is charged once the order is placed. aden + anais only accepts credit card purchases and does not accept checks or money orders for payment.
Is your website secure?
Yes, the aden + anais website is a secure shopping environment where information is safeguarded if you are a registered user. For non-registered users your information is not held beyond the shipping of the order. Our security policy is covered under the PRIVACY link on our website.
Is there any advantage in being a Registered User of aden + anais?
On becoming a registered user, your information will be kept securely on file, and allow you to minimize the timing of the checkout process. You will also receive information on promotions and new products as they become available.
How is my order shipped?
aden + anais uses UPS to ship its products.
Can the shipping address be different to the credit card billing address?
Yes. Simply follow the instructions on the website during the CHECKOUT process to be given this option. Please note that we can only ship to one address per order. If you have more than one item in your order, and need these items to be shipped to different addresses, then multiple orders will need to be processed. We are also limited to physical address deliveries; we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

Does aden + anais charge any Sales Tax?
We collect sales tax on all purchases in the state of California and the state of New York. Any package sent to an address in California or New York state will be taxed at the current sales tax rate. For packages shipped to addresses outside of California and New York, no sales tax will be collected or passed on. Currently, there is no applicable sales tax for shipping charges.

Formulated with the help of leading NY dermatologist, Dr Ellen Gendler, our mum + bub™ skin care collection contains the key ingredient of the pawpaw fruit (Australian name for the fruit of the carica papaya plant) throughout the range and is specifically formulated for use by both baby and the entire family.
- What are the properties of the pawpaw fruit that make it ideal for skin care?
- The pawpaw fruit contains the papain enzyme which has been called a skin conditioning agent making it ideal for skin care.
- Is mum + bub natural?
- All ingredients used in mum + bub are 100% naturally-derived with the exception of small amounts of fragrance.
- Is mum + bub tear free?
- Yes. The hair + body wash is tear free.
- Is mum + bub a vegan skin care line?
- The hair + body wash and ultra-gentle lotion are vegan products. The soothing ointment is not considered vegan because it contains beeswax (in place of petroleum).

There are many different reasons why remembering the side last fed from can be important when nursing.
For example, some experts recommend starting with the breast you last finished feeding on,
to drain that breast first before moving onto the next side.
Other experts, recommend starting with the same breast every feed and feeding for a certain amount of time equally on each breast.

The serenity star room temperature indicator is meant to help guide parents when deciding how to dress baby for bed.
The temperature range for our star has been determined in accordance with the recommendation by The American Academy of Pediatrics that room temperature should be comfortable for a lightly-clothed adult.

However, it is to our knowledge that other organizations may recommend slight variations on the ideal temperature for baby.

Yes, the products are formulated with a high concentration of cleaning power to effectively and safely clean cloth diapers. However, the following has been determined about the aden + anais laundry care line when washing cloth diapers:

aden + anais laundry detergent: Most baby detergents contain fabric softener which reduces the absorbency of items. Our laundry detergent contains natural softening properties but does NOT contain fabric softener, which means there are no issues with absorbency.

aden + anais chlorine-free bleach: This is safe and effective to use on cloth diapers.

aden + anais fabric softener: We would not recommend this product for cloth diaper use due to its tendency to reduce absorbency.
